• Meet with Service Provider Management

- How Microboards can work in an Organisational Arrangement

• Meet with Service Provider Staff, Service Users & Families
- Explain Concept
- Provide Presentation
- Questions & Answers Session

• Meet with interested individuals, their family & support workers
- Provide further information on PCP, operating a Microboard, accounting procedures, etc...

• Facilitation of PCP
- Facilitate the Plan independently or in conjunction with with a representative of the organisation for the Focus Person
- Microboard members to be present at Plan facilitation session

• Assist with Development of Support/Action Plan
- MAI will work with the Microboard and the Service Provider to determine a Support and Action Plan based on outcomes from PCP

• Provide ongoing support as required
